DESCRIPTION

Decadently delicious and not to be missed. This release finishes fully mature rye whiskey in Pulque Curado de Cacao barrels, a fermented and non-distilled agave beverage that was ‘cured’ or infused with cacao beans.

Sweet red apple greets the nose, with layers of cinnamon dust, warm dark chocolate and grilled pineapple. Rich and fat on the palate with ripe orchard fruit being chased by indulgent milk chocolate bar and honeycomb candy, all balanced by pleasant rye spice. The finish lasts forever, with pear tart, chocolate coated apple and spice cookies slowly fading.
